Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to manage the Food Quality and Safety Management System, administer KPIs, and lead personnel in Azcapotzalco. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years is mandatory. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the food quality and safety management system. Administer, monitor, and control area KPIs (water ratio, filling, washing, wash compound, water treatment). Monitor reverse osmosis and punitive osmosis equipment. Administer and develop personnel in production, water treatment, and microbiology. Ensure corporate quality requirements and procedures are met in production and product storage. Develop action plans arising from customer complaints and audits. Ensure sales and CEDIS personnel training on container care and handling. Monitor and ensure, together with the Warehouse team, cleanliness, food safety, allergens, cross-contamination, and product rotation conditions. Responsible for administration and procurement of supplies for the area. Report system performance and effectiveness of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) to senior management. Plan and conduct internal system audits and monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walkthroughs. Monitor plant pest control activities. Desirable Experience: Food Safety HACCP Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Food Fraud Food Defense Documentation and implementation process of the FSSC22000 system Conducting first-, second-, and third-party audits Personnel Management Expense Administration Familiarity with Oracle R12 is desirable.
