Quality Management Analyst Position Objective Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and operational process standards across branches through monitoring, audits, and indicator control to contribute to the continuous improvement of operations. Main Responsibilities Monitor compliance with operational processes and standards. Conduct internal audits at branches. Supervise food safety and hygiene matters. Prepare reports, indicators, and action plans. Identify areas for improvement and track incidents. Train staff on procedures and best practices. Validate forms, logs, and process compliance. Collaborate with management and operational departments. Requirements Completed bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or operational supervision. Proficiency in Excel and report preparation. Willingness to travel between branches. Strong sense of urgency and follow-up.
