




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser with experience in supply management, order coordination, shipment monitoring, and supplier negotiation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage merchandise procurement and coordinate orders with suppliers. 2. Monitor shipments and ensure proper receipt of merchandise. 3. Generate reports and manage special purchases and warranty claims. We are looking for a Purchaser to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage merchandise procurement by reviewing stock levels and generating purchase reports. Coordinate orders with suppliers, ensuring agreed quantities and terms. Monitor shipments and coordinate merchandise receipt with the warehouse. Verify prices and discounts, and ensure purchase orders are fulfilled correctly. Manage special purchases and warranty claims with suppliers. Generate monthly reports on obsolete products and provide key documents to accounts receivable/payable. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in purchasing and supplier management. Knowledge of negotiation. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks accurately. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. WE OFFER: Weekly salary: $3500.00 Monthly punctuality bonus of $500 in addition to salary.
