Discover the life awaiting you at Accor—visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS Job Description * Receive and welcome guests in the pool area. * Assign loungers, umbrellas, or cabanas according to availability. * Provide clean towels and other amenities (sunscreen, water, etc.). * Take and coordinate food and beverage orders with the service team. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and presentation of the pool area. * Handle special requests (cabana reservations, celebrations, etc.). * Inform guests about hotel services, activities, or events. * Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. * Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance). Requirements * Excellent customer service and service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to anticipate needs. * Organizational skills and multitasking ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Teamwork. * English proficiency is mandatory. * Prior experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food and beverages. * Professional personal appearance. * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and holidays). * First aid certification (desirable).
