You will be responsible for supporting administrative payroll and personnel management processes, ensuring accurate information control and compliance with internal procedures. Main Responsibilities: Administration and control of personnel files Preparation of employment contracts and labor documentation Recording of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime) Support in the payroll process Employee onboarding and personnel movements with IMSS Updating information in the system (SAP preferred) Support in administrative processes and audits What are we looking for?
