Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll calculation, taxation, and ensure fiscal and labor compliance for a Mexican retail company. Key Highlights: 1. SUA, IDSE management and tax compliance **Baby Creysi, a 100% Mexican company with over 50 years in retail, is currently seeking its:** **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Intermediate-Advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, reference and lookup formulas) * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * ERP system experience. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Office in Polanco, Anzures CDMX. * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Weekend rest. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Payroll** * Calculate weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll (as applicable). * Validate attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities). * Calculate severance payments and settlements per the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Record payroll, accruals, and social charges in accounting. * Generate and review SUA reports (IMSS). * Prepare IDSE declarations (IMSS and Infonavit). \* * **2\. Taxation** \* * Calculation, determination, and filing of federal and local taxes: * Income Tax (ISR) (withholdings and monthly/annual ISR). * Value Added Tax (IVA) (creditable, transferred, DIOT). * ISR on salaries and wages. * Payroll Tax (CDMX). * Monthly and quarterly tax compliance. * Compilation of working papers for internal or external audits. \* * **3\.
