**Payroll Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Preparation and processing of weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll. * Validation of payroll incidents. * Calculation of earnings, deductions, and final settlements. * Management and submission of contributions to IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Generation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations. * Monitoring of medical leaves and workplace risks. * Administration and safekeeping of personnel files and labor documentation. * Coordination with Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance departments. **Requirements** * Prior experience managing payroll systems. * Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with the SICOS system. * Certified Public Accountant (CPA). **We Offer** * $25,000 gross monthly salary. * Hybrid work schedule. * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements after the third month.
