Job Summary: We are seeking a Pattern Maker / Draftsman to manage pattern-making, support the development and grading of models, and generate optimized cutting patterns for production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strict pattern-making management and development of new models and fits. 2. Review, grading, and creation of optimized cutting patterns for production. 3. Support in the workflow from design to production. **Pattern Maker / Draftsman** **Responsibilities:** * Strict pattern-making management (garment patterns) * Support in developing new models and fits * Review and grading of models for production use * Creation of cutting patterns with attention to piece layout, material consumption, and optimal utilization * Printing of mini cutting patterns containing necessary data for accurate cutting and documentation * Daily registration of cutting patterns and models * Any decision impacting the client’s model must be consulted and documented **GERBER AND ACCUNEST V.14 SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE** Support the design-to-production workflow by developing patterns, reviewing and grading them, and creating cutting patterns that meet the requirements for correct product manufacturing. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Technical Professional / related field (incomplete studies acceptable) (Technical diploma requires formal certification) **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary **$12,500** * Weekly payment every Friday (work week paid weekly) * Payment exclusively via Bancomer * Statutory vacation and vacation bonus * Monthly food vouchers: $500.00 * Meals (only for CDMX-based staff, served directly at our company facilities) * Profit-sharing * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
