It offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth for its employees. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree. * Experience in domestic logistics (minimum 1 year) **Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge of domestic routes. * Skill in supplier and customer service. * Proficiency in satellite tracking software **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with transportation providers for pickup and delivery of cargo for assigned accounts. * Send pre-alerts regarding cargo status—during loading, en route, and unloading—to destination offices, customers, and internal colleagues. * Update information accurately and promptly for suppliers and customers. * Advise customers on optimal solutions for their requirements and potential issues that may arise. * Support communication with carrier sales and administration departments. * Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations. * Plan and optimize distribution routes. * Efficiently resolve any logistical incidents or problems that arise. **Key Skills:** * Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure * Organization and time management * Teamwork and effective communication * Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality * Priority management * Proactivity and excellent attitude **Weekend Shifts:** **Night Shifts** * Friday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Saturday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Sunday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Monday 7:00 PM to 1:15 AM **Day Shifts** * Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Monday 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM **Days Off**: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. **Weekday Shifts:** **Night Shifts** * Monday 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM * Tuesday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Wednesday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Thursday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **Days Off**: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Bimonthly bonus based on KPI achievement. * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI) starting from the third month. * Personal and career development plan. **Location:** Business Hub, Blvd. Antonio L.
