Support to operators and assurance of operational resources **GR CONSULTORES is seeking an Operations Manager in Puebla, Puebla** -------------------------------------------------------------- A logistics company (tractor-trailer operators) is seeking **Operations Manager** Completed degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field Experience in: 3+ years coordinating transportation **Experience with tractor-trailers, escort vehicles, or specialized cargo is desirable** **Proven experience in daily operations** **Responsibilities include** Planning and assigning daily routes Real-time route tracking Receiving movement requests from customers and scheduling their execution Coordinating vehicle entry, exit, and parking within yards, plants, or distribution centers Communicating deviations, withdrawals, or emergencies to customers and internal departments Verifying availability of operators, vehicles, and operational resources Coordinating with departments such as maintenance, administration, and billing to ensure service continuity Assisting in the preparation of operational reports Providing support to operators regarding route-related questions, destinations, or documentation Resource allocation: diesel fuel, toll booths Vehicle documentation Waybills **Requirements** Clear communication skills, ability to resolve issues under pressure, organizational skills, and emotional control in urgent situations **Work Schedule** **Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM / Weekend on-call shifts as per role** **Starting salary: $20,000 MXN, plus statutory benefits from day one** **Work location: Av.
