Job Summary: GRUPO MAJESTIC is seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Operations Assistant to monitor excursions, receive balance reports, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in Reservations, Monitoring, or Operations 2. Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail 3. Knowledge of regional archaeological tours GRUPO MAJESTIC IS SEEKING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Schedule: Afternoon shift, from 2 PM until end of operations. Required Knowledge: * Tour operation at destination (lobbies, hotels, access points, and transfer coordination). * Familiarity with main regional archaeological tours (Chichén, Tulum, Cobá, etc.). * Prior experience in Reservations, Monitoring, or Operations departments. Candidate Profile: * Dynamic and solution-oriented. * Flexible availability. * Honesty and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor excursions during the afternoon shift. * Receive and reconcile balance reports. * Control and document tour-related expenses. * Receive, review, and digitize quality surveys. * Prepare incident reports (if applicable). Age Range: 27 to 38 years old.
