Job Summary: Coca-Cola FEMSA is seeking a professional to manage and optimize the allocation of units and operators, ensure road safety, and measure operational performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize the allocation of units and operators. 2. Ensure road safety and comply with dispatch policies. 3. Analyze performance metrics and determine resources required for operations. Industrial engineering, logistics, or related field; relevant experience required for this position. Receive travel requests from clients. • Assign units and operators for trips. • Dispatch trips online via OTM. • Conduct physical verification of operators prior to assigning a trip. • Review working hours and road operation compliance. • Measure unit and operator performance. • Determine human and material resources needed to fulfill the PDF. • Analyze and assign available operators. • Distribute trips appropriately, assigning routes and operators in accordance with the trip dispatch policy. • Ensure compliance with working hour regulations to guarantee road safety.
