Position Summary: Ensure effective training for operational and administrative staff, driving performance and talent development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with training processes and programs. 2. Development and delivery of in-person courses. 3. Management of indicators and updating of trainings. Petco México Operational Training Instructor CEDIS Objective: Ensure effective training for operational and administrative staff, guaranteeing compliance with processes, evaluations, indicators, and training programs that drive performance and talent development. • 100% completion of CEDIS Organizational Induction Course • Operational training for new hires and internal promotions • Implementation of 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance evaluations for new hires and promoted staff following their training • Update operational training according to new processes • Control and safeguarding of training evidence • Registration of enrollments and withdrawals on the E-learning platform • Design and publication of internal communications • Development and delivery of in-person courses for all CEDIS staff • Administration of mandatory surveys and courses to CEDIS staff • Management of training indicators Requirements:  Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources or related field.  Prior experience in operational training, preferably in CEDIS, logistics or operations.  Knowledge of E-learning platforms, evidence control and indicator management.  Experience delivering in-person and operational training.  Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
