Training on the use of warehouse tools (forklifts, handheld devices) Grupo Truper invites you to join its team as: Operational Trainer (Warehouses) Work Location: Monterrey Park Industrial Park, via Fuerza Civil REQUIREMENTS: - Completed degree or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. - Experience in logistics (warehouses). - Availability for shift work. - Prior implementation of theoretical-practical training programs for operational staff. - Implementation of training process development. - Experience training operational staff on the use of various warehouse-specific tools, including electric or combustion forklifts, handheld devices for picking and merchandise arrangement. - Experience in staff certification. - Experience in training operational warehouse staff (distribution centers).
