This is your opportunity to grow with us and apply your knowledge and skills. **icorp** is looking for you—you will be responsible for covering vacations, medical leaves, or parental leaves of engineers when they are absent, and supporting on-site engineers in their tasks. **Work Location**: San Luis Potosí **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Schedule Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends and cover other locations. During the indicated hours, in accordance with client SLA compliance. **Requirements** * TSU, Bachelor’s degree, truncated Engineering degree, recent graduate, intern, or certified professional (Information Technologies) * Experience providing on-site and remote IT support. * Personal vehicle required. * Willingness to travel. Availability to work weekend on-call shifts * **Knowledge or Experience in:** * On-site and remote user support * Reinstallation of operating systems * Data backups * Software installation * Printer configuration and troubleshooting * Node diagnostics (using tone generators) * Software- and hardware-level incident diagnosis and resolution * Email account configuration, backup, and data migration * Operating system or image loading * Domain enrollment of devices * Hard drive replacement * Device formatting * Diagnosis and repair of computers, monitors, and printers * Networking knowledge (cable testing, identifying cabling faults, use of networking tools) Repair of scanners and plotters; thermal or ticket printers * **Benefits** **We Offer:** * Base salary * Quarterly performance bonus * Statutory benefits * Certifications * Growth opportunities.
