Ability to immediately manage and schedule units Responsibilities: * Knowledge of traffic and logistics. * Answering phone calls from operators for coordination and customer service purposes. * Providing status updates to various customers via requested communication channels. * Verifying loading schedules and planning to ensure efficient operator management. * Continuously monitoring units via various GPS platforms. * Effectively resolving conflicts arising during the shift. * Verifying scheduling and, in case of urgent requests, having the authority to immediately manage and schedule the corresponding unit.
