Incident management in ServiceNow (ITSM) At CIVIR México, we are seeking a Network Engineer to work directly with one of our key clients in the banking industry. **Requirements:** * **Years of experience:** 2\-3 years in corporate networking * **Education:** Currently completing or graduated with a degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or related field. * LAN/WAN networks (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Meraki). * Corporate WiFi (Aruba, Palo Alto). * Monitoring (Nagios, Netcool/SevOne). * Incident management in **ServiceNow (ITSM)**. * CMDB and network inventories. * CCNA * Availability to work in a hybrid mode **Compensation and Benefits:** \-Salary commensurate with experience \-Statutory benefits \-Major medical expense insurance \-Life insurance \-12 vacation days \-8 paid economic days \-Grocery vouchers, $300 MXN per month \-Annual productivity bonus equivalent to 15 days of gross salary Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
