Job Summary: Monitor and ensure the operations and security of PanAmericano sites, managing alarms and supervising security personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. CCTV and operations monitoring 2. Insurgentes Sur 601, Ciudad De Mexico Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico * ### **CAREER AREA** GFP\_MEX * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R65444 1\.\- Monitor, via CCTV and/or telephone, the normal operation of all PanAmericano operational sites. 2\.\- Receive, handle, and track alarm activation protocols originating from all PanAmericano sites. 3\.\- Respond to both false and real emergency alarms in a manner that ensures the security of PanAmericano sites and business continuity; by issuing timely notifications to local and specialized authorities. 4\.\- Manage, track, and monitor cash limits for Class Plus routes nationwide using geolocation-based technological systems. 5\.\- Monitor, supervise, and track executive security guards deployed by site managers during weekends, holidays, or in their absence. 6\.\- Prepare reports related to incidents triggered by activated alarms. Continuously improve response procedures for both false and real alarms. 7\.\- Report anomalies detected through CCTV monitoring in secure operational areas of the sites. Prepare monthly executive reports for Executives, Operations Managers, and Branch, Regional, and Operational Managers to address and resolve these events.
