Description

We are seeking: Pharmaceutical Product Preparer (Chemical Technicians) Benefits: Benefits superior to those mandated by law. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare production reports, production order requests, and deliveries of in-process and finished products. Verify proper operation of equipment. Ensure product presentation standards are maintained. Ensure the work area remains clean and orderly. Participate in product manufacturing while complying with quality specifications. Comply with all provisions of the internal work regulations. Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all work procedures and instructions applicable to their area and all departments with which they interact. Take necessary actions to achieve established goals on time and as scheduled. Effectively lead their team of collaborators (e.g., personnel performance, development plans, etc.). Optimize assigned resources to the fullest extent (personnel, time, space, materials, tools, etc.). Share and convey their knowledge, experience, and skills to colleagues for the benefit of departmental and company results. Deliver and verify finished products at the warehouse. Verify that appropriate product samples are sent to Quality Assurance for release. Do not implement any changes without prior authorization from the Production Manager/Product Engineer. Respond promptly and effectively to problems as they arise to avoid impacting the production schedule. Review production output and waste, and provide feedback to operational staff. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:** **Formulation (Mixing and Preparation).** ISO 9001 interpretation course\. ISO 13485 interpretation course\. Corrective actions. Personnel management.
