Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to operate, automate, and enhance critical platforms and services within microservices architectures. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team and participate in the operation, automation, and continuous improvement of critical platforms and services that support business operations. **Job Mission:** Design, implementation, and operation of highly available and scalable environments supporting modern microservices-based architectures. **Requirements:** * At least 3 years of experience configuring and managing **Docker Swarm** clusters, deploying via Stacks, and using overlay networks. * Solid knowledge of **Redis** clustering (replication, high availability, and optimization). * Experience implementing and operating **Kafka** clusters for distributed messaging and event processing. * Advanced proficiency in operating systems based on **Red Hat** (administration, security, networking, and performance tuning). * Strong understanding of high availability, load balancing, and resilience in distributed systems. * Automation-oriented scripting (Bash, Python, or others). * **INTERMEDIATE CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH (mandatory)**. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement resilient and scalable infrastructures. * Manage container clusters and distributed platforms. * Automate operational processes and deployments. * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems. * Collaborate with development, operations, and cloud architecture teams. * Project duration: 4\-6 months. **Preferred Knowledge and Tools:** * Experience with **Kubernetes**. * Virtual networks in cloud environments (VPCs, secure connectivity, segmentation). * CI/CD and deployment automation. * Monitoring, observability, and log management tools. **Competencies and Skills:** * Analytical and results-oriented. * Practical approach to solving complex problems. * Ability to work in critical environments. * Collaboration and effective communication skills. **Benefits of Working With Us:** * Payroll-based employment contract with statutory benefits and additional perks. * **Remote** work modality. * Learning bonus and ongoing technical training.
