Job Responsibilities * Plan and organize production schedules, optimally allocating resources and personnel. * Supervise production line performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues. * Ensure manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards and safety regulations. * Monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports for management. * Train and develop manufacturing personnel, fostering a collaborative and continuously improving work environment. * Collaborate with other departments (engineering, maintenance, quality control) to optimize processes and reduce downtime. * Implement and promote continuous improvement practices (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc.). * Manage raw material and work-in-process inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.
