Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance and construction team leader to ensure optimal facility operation and precise execution of projects. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma Knowledge of electrical installation Extensive plumbing knowledge State-issued Class B driver's license 3 years of experience overseeing electrical and plumbing installations on construction sites RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and execute construction, renovation, and adaptation projects for corporate offices and shopping centers Supervise and ensure proper operation of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and general infrastructure Prepare sketches and define technical requirements for construction projects and adaptations Perform construction tasks (foundations, walls, painting, drywall, waterproofing, finishes, etc.) according to standards Address and follow up on weekly pending task lists from branches and offices Perform furniture and facility repairs and maintenance (warehouse, offices, branches) Manage quotations, comparative analysis, and material purchase requests Administer inventory of materials and tools under custody Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and operational equipment Supervise assigned personnel and report basic administrative incidents (e.g., auxiliary staff payroll) Support periodic inspections to ensure optimal conditions and risk prevention Carry out additional duties related to the position WE OFFER: Above-standard statutory benefits Profit sharing 15-day Christmas bonus Life insurance WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day). -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 3 years of experience Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, coordinator, manager, responsible person, team leader, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
