Direct interaction with internal and external customers REPUTABLE COMPANY BAMA IS SEEKING: MAINTENANCE LEADER REQUIREMENTS: \- Availability of time. \- Residence in the center of Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mandatory) KNOWLEDGE: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance \- Tool handling \- Completion of maintenance checklists \- Arc or electrode welding, or knowledge of electricity or electronics \- Valid driver's license (must know how to drive manual transmission) \- Tolerance for working under pressure, attentiveness, courtesy, proactivity, dynamism, organization, teamwork, and responsibility. \- Strong verbal communication skills (will interact directly with internal and external customers). \- Basic tool handling. \- Welding experience (Mandatory) WE OFFER: \- Monthly salary of $15,000 \- Weekly payment \- Statutory benefits \- Complimentary uniforms RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical facility maintenance, welding, finishing, painting, and electronics. Restoration tasks. Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. Preventive and corrective problem resolution. Maintain records of completed work.
