Technical knowledge and experience in design and construction. Preparation and control of the maintenance budget. Supervision and auditing of work performed by contractors. Coordination of new project activities, such as migrations, new businesses, and store openings. Knowledge, monitoring, and implementation of applicable STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). Retail industry experience is essential.
