**Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **General Maintenance Assistant for Shopping Mall** **Description:** A shopping mall is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the preservation and proper functioning of its facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Support for preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) * Inspection of general facilities * Support for maintenance of common areas * Maintain facilities in good condition **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: Junior high school * Basic maintenance experience (preferred) * Flexible availability (shift-based role) * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills * Responsibility and punctuality **We offer:** * Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month (gross). * Statutory benefits from day one Social Security.
