Helgen Technologies de México is seeking a highly qualified and committed Maintenance Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will play an essential role in maintaining and repairing operational technologies at port facilities in the city of Manzanillo. Welding, grinding, and painting skills are fundamental requirements for this position. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and operational technologies. * Carry out welding, grinding, and painting work as needed on electronic and mechanical components. * Efficiently and effectively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to carry out scheduled repair and maintenance tasks. * Conduct regular inspections to detect wear, defects, or potential problems in equipment. * Contribute to maintaining accurate maintenance records and report the status of repairs and improvements performed. * Comply with safety standards and current regulations in all maintenance activities. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of operational technologies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or similar roles, with emphasis on welding, grinding, and painting. * Proven ability to perform welding and grinding work accurately and safely. * Experience in painting and coating techniques. * Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Immediate availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends if necessary. * Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Completed Technical Degree **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills. * Professional development opportunities and ongoing training. * A collaborative and innovation-oriented work environment.
