Job Summary: This role involves logistics operations, customer service, route monitoring, and administrative tasks related to freight and transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking and closing of services with customers ***Logistics Operational Profile.*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Age 20 to 35 years, gender unrestricted. * Bachelor’s degree or incomplete degree in administration, business, or commerce. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in monitoring and customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation operations. * GPS system proficiency. * ERP system usage. * Knowledge of and ability to track routes used by heavy-duty vehicles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word). * Must reside near Santa María del Zapote, Tlacote el Alto. **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary of $3,200. * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payroll. * Life insurance after probation period. * Performance bonuses. **Responsibilities:** * Generation of invoices with the “Carta Porte” addendum. * Timely request and transmission of cargo and unloading information, weights, cargo characteristics, contact details, etc., between client and driver. * Clear status updates and tracking for clients. * Closing of services with clients. * Submission of vehicle availability status. * Sending of invoices to clients via email, portal, and physical copies (via courier). * Daily registration of services in database. * Delivery of service logs with daily status and incidents. * Weekly closings with invoicing. * Punctual execution of routes to promptly address any unforeseen events / problem resolution. * Execution of security protocols. Document Control: * Weekly service reports including incidents. * Invoicing reports and cancellation requests. * Documented handover between shifts regarding the status of each service.
