WE ARE SEEKING: ***Transportation Administrative Assistant*** Work Location: CALLE IGNACIO ALLENDE ESQUINA CALLEJÓN DE SAN PEDRO OBJECTIVE: Ensure timely and proper fulfillment of all services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Monitoring of units. -Control and tracking of drivers en route. -Ensure on-time and proper delivery to customers. -Prepare delivery reports. -Design and optimize distribution routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. -Fleet Management: Oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, including repairs and replacements. -Incident Handling: Resolve transportation-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: -Database management skills. -Intermediate Excel proficiency (technical test required) -Prior experience in the field. -Valid state-issued driver's license.
