We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for a small kitchen in a cafeteria. REQUIREMENTS * Ages 18 to 30. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar kitchen position. * Availability to rotate shifts and work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. * A RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, HONEST, PROACTIVE, AND EFFICIENT individual capable of fulfilling their RESPONSIBILITIES within their scheduled working hours. * MAXIMUM ATTENTION TO DETAIL. * Proficiency in and ability to apply deep-cleaning procedures. * Proficiency in and ability to apply production and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) storage procedures. * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. * Work location: Villa de Cortés, Benito Juárez.
