**COMPANY LOCATED IN APODACA** **SEEKING JUNIOR PHYSICIAN** **DAY SHIFT** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM \- 2:00 PM BENEFITS AND PERKS: * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus proportional to time worked, vacation days, IMSS social security insurance, Infonavit housing fund, etc.). * Biweekly punctuality and attendance bonus ($2,000\) * Free uniforms * Long-term career growth opportunity for those demonstrating interest in Occupational Health * MONTHLY SALARY: $20,000 (net) * BIWEEKLY SALARY: $10,000 (net) REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Medicine. * Experience in first-level consultations and management of minor emergencies (e.g., sutures, sprains, minor trauma, etc.). * Experience in medical consultations within the industrial sector (preferred). KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide first-level outpatient medical consultations. * Manage emergencies and/or perform procedures such as suturing, splint application, etc. * Assess patients based on symptomatology and determine whether referral to secondary or tertiary hospital care is required. * Report number of patients seen and their diagnoses. * Serve as Medical Service Team Leader during assigned shift to report plant incidents (near misses, first aid cases, reportable incidents, etc.). * Ensure full staffing of the Medical Service; immediately notify the Medical Coordinator if any staff shortage occurs. * Complete IMSS forms ST7, ST9, ST8, ST2\.
