Job Summary: Junior Maintenance Engineer responsible for developing improvements and projects to optimize processes and maintain standards on production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Our Junior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for developing maintenance improvements across the maintenance area and each individual equipment by formulating new projects that deliver process enhancements and benefits, helping us sustain production line standards, performing activities such as: * Knowledge of pneumatics and electronic components. (Desirable) * Implementation of new projects and process improvements. * PLC programming. * Preventive maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Analytical techniques for solving line-related problems (5 Whys, Ishikawa). Requirements: * Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electromechanics Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Flexible scheduling (shift work). * Intermediate conversational English. * Availability to work weekends. * Willingness to rotate shifts.
