Junior Implementer - On-site

Description

Provide support in the implementation, monitoring, and execution of operational processes within the plant, ensuring proper adoption of tools, methodologies, and procedures by end users, as well as supporting activities related to analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement. **MODALITY:** ON-SITE Availability to rotate shifts according to operational needs. Availability for weekend on-call duties when required. Availability for assignment to any plant in Nuevo León. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation of processes, tools, and operational solutions within the plant. Train end users on the correct use of implemented tools, processes, and methodologies. Provide assistance and support to users during the implementation and stabilization phases. Track incidents, questions, and operational requirements related to the implemented system. Document processes, findings, and opportunities for improvement. Perform basic data analysis and generate follow-up reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project execution. Proactively propose operational and process improvements. Support assigned tasks during on-call duties or shift rotations when required. REQUIREMENTS Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in similar positions. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Desirable knowledge of data analysis tools or statistical applications. Experience or ability to train and support end users.
