High-speed production and dynamic team We are looking for a creative, fast, and organized individual who can brainstorm ideas, shoot, edit, design—and above all—is deeply engaged in using Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize content creation. We seek someone hungry to grow, eager to learn, who understands how content moves across social media platforms today, and who wants to evolve within a team that produces at high speed. Important: Although this position is remote, you must be available to attend events or recording sessions whenever the project requires it. **Responsibilities:** ● Propose creative content ideas (Reels/TikTok, carousels, Stories, etc.) ● Plan content by priorities and timelines (structured and orderly) ● Shoot content using smartphone/camera (clean shots, good audio, proper lighting) ● Edit vertical-format videos (dynamic, rhythmic, and up-to-date in style) ● Design basic social media graphics (posts, covers, carousels) ● Adapt content to platform-specific trends, formats, and styles ● Support workflow organization (weekly deliverables, calendar, pending items) ● Maintain visual and narrative consistency per brand ● Attend events or locations to shoot content (smartphone/camera) with excellent lighting and audio handling. **Essential Requirements:** ● AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools applied to video, image, or text editing. (verifiable) ● Video Editing: Fluent use of CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut. ● Basic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. ● Visual Sense: Strong sense of composition, typography, visual rhythm, and aesthetics. ● Organization: Responsible regarding deadlines and file management. ● Personal Equipment: Own computer capable of video editing. **Plus (Highly Valued):** ● Demonstrated consistent growth of personal or third-party accounts. ● Mastery of hooks, short-form storytelling, and rapid editing. ● Basic knowledge of motion graphics or simple animations. ● Experience working with scripts, shot lists, or content structures.
