Assists in identifying improvements to operational processes. **Job Description** This is an entry-level position that serves as a bridge between the business and the technical team, helping translate operational needs into technological solutions. This role is responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting them, and supporting their implementation within systems or technology projects under the supervision of the IT Manager. This is a functional role and does not involve software development or programming responsibilities. **Responsibilities** * Act as the functional first point of contact for system users. * Ensure internal customer service quality. * Validate closure of resolved tickets submitted by users. * Support documentation of processes, requirements, and functional workflows. * Collaborate with the IT Manager in designing and executing system implementations for new residential developments, and support property-level system needs as required. * Assist in identifying improvements to operational processes. * Support user training and system adoption. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administrative Information Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience working with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). * Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, etc. * Interest in learning new systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish and intermediate English proficiency required. * Preferred: Experience with Helpdesk tools and MRI Software; basic knowledge of integrations or APIs; and experience with real estate or property management systems.
