Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Innovation Analyst to track developments, ensure functional evolution, resolve incidents, and document deliverables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional tracking and evolution of innovation developments 2. Incident resolution and project documentation 3. Performance monitoring in Power BI and coordination of improvements We are a real estate investment trust dedicated to acquiring and managing high-quality corporate properties, with a primary focus on the industrial sector. We are currently seeking an **IT Innovation Analyst** To monitor production deployments delivered by the innovation team, ensuring their functional evolution, incident resolution, and comprehensive documentation. **The role will provide support in the following activities:** * Monitor performance of production solutions in Power BI. * Collect and document incidents, enhancements, and user requests. * Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for developments. * Coordinate with the innovation team to implement enhancements. **Required Knowledge:** * Power BI (consumption, modeling, visualization), form-based application development (Power Apps, Kissflow). * Implementation and management of relational databases (SQL Server), development of automation workflows (Power Automate, ADF). * Technical and functional documentation, user communication, foundational process knowledge. **Areas of Experience:** * Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau) * Task automation (Power Automate) * Programming languages (Python) * Application development (Power Apps) * Databases (SQL Server) * ERP (SAP) (Nice to have) Salary: $10\.00 \- $100\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Remote work * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
