Description

We are looking to add a comprehensive installer to our team. **What will you do?** Execute on-site installation, minor fabrication, and final finishing of signage, labeling, and illuminated advertising projects. You will be Compugrafic's face to the client during the job site. **What we expect you to master** * MIG and TIG welding (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) * Spray painting and surface preparation * Installation of LEDs, power supplies, and low-voltage connections * Anchoring into concrete, brick, drywall, and glass (chemical anchors, VHB tape, spacers) * Application of cut vinyl, digital printing, and sandblasting * Blueprint reading and layout using laser levels * Working at heights with harnesses **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (technical training preferred: CONALEP, CECATI) * Minimum 3 years of experience in signage, illuminated advertising, or labeling * Valid driver's license * Availability to work weekends or night shifts occasionally * Physical fitness to lift up to 30 kg and work at heights **Desirable** * DC-3 STPS certification (work at heights, welding, electricity) * Class B or C driver's license * Experience in projects **What we offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits + additional benefits * Tools and uniform provided * Travel allowances covered for out-of-town assignments * Internal growth opportunities toward crew leader, installation supervisor, or workshop manager * Company with over 25 years of history and a stable client portfolio Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Medical expense insurance Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this industry?
