We are seeking an **Installation Supervisor (Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Voice and Data)** * Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. * Quantification and preparation of bill-of-quantity documents. * Subcontractor management and progress tracking by work item. * Control of materials used on site. * Recording, analysis, and quantification of additional work items. * Review and interpretation of construction drawings. * Field measurement and validation of executed work items. * Generation of documentation for project control and administration. * Personnel management **Essential Knowledge:** · Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate Excel · AutoCAD · Opus (Preferred) **Requirements:** · Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. · **Mandatory**: Minimum 3 years of experience in **construction and site supervision.** **Schedule Availability** **Teamwork** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Duration of contract: 9 months Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work location: On-site employment
