You will partner with cross\-functional teams to ship reliable features, improve existing services, and champion modern engineering practices—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Design scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails and Elixir * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features * Improve existing codebases to strengthen performance and reliability * Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth deployments * Write clean, testable code with RSpec and Minitest * Build and integrate frontend components using JavaScript and ReactJS * Operate background job processing with Sidekiq * Optimize data storage and retrieval across relational and non\-relational databases * Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Heroku on AWS * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high engineering standards **Requirements** * 5\+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails framework and Elixir * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS for frontend development * Hands\-on expertise with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, plus NoSQL solutions * Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes * Practical background using cloud platforms such as AWS and Heroku * Working knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec and Minitest * Proficiency with Elasticsearch, Sidekiq and GIT * Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tools * Advanced English proficiency (C1\+ / Advanced)
