As part of our growth, we are looking for a specialized Cybersecurity Analyst for our SOC team, working under a hybrid model. **The Challenge** We invite you to join our team as a Hybrid SOC Network Security Support Engineer, working from our Naucalpan offices and remotely. With us, you will receive: * Specialized training on networking and security solutions from brands such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Blue Coat, and Netscout. * A highly positive work environment and strong work-life balance. * Real growth opportunities. **What We Offer** A great work environment, high collaboration, seamless team integration, and your integral role within the team — our offer includes: * **Salary**: MXN 25,000–30,000 gross (100% nominal and direct); paid certifications; team-building activities; training. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. * **Work Model**: Hybrid (Naucalpan office and remote work), with 2 days per week in the office. **What We Are Looking For** * 3–4 years of experience as: Security Engineer, SOC Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, or SOC Analyst. * Availability to support customers and incidents, with a service-oriented mindset. Remote technical support experience at L1 and L2 levels, including networking and security. * 1–2 years of experience with networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT), and configuration/support of access points, routers, switches, codecs, APs, LAN/WLAN, and wireless solutions — especially Cisco, HP, Aruba, and Dell. * 2–3 years of experience installing, implementing, administering, supporting, and configuring security platforms (Firewalls, VPNs, Endpoints, EDR, XDR, Antispam, WAF, SASE, CASB, Zero Trust, etc.) — including Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point. * Configuration of Site-to-Site and Client-to-Site VPNs. * 1–2 years of experience with cybersecurity monitoring tools such as SIEMs (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, SentinelOne, Cortex XSIAM by Palo Alto Networks, Rapid7 InsightIDR, LogRhythm, Datadog Cloud SIEM) or EDR/XDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender). * Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy, System Center, SolarWinds, Nagios, Tivoli, etc. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; management of dependencies such as Active Directory, RMS, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, data packets, etc. * At least one active certification in: Palo Alto (PCNSA, PCNSE, NGFW), Fortinet NS4, Cisco CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Azure Security (AZ\-500, SC\-100, SC\-200\). * Desired profile: Highly proactive, self-taught, results-driven, passionate about continuous learning, curious about emerging technologies and processes, and collaborative. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Information and Network Security **Skills:** * WAF FW Fortinet SOC NOC * Network perimeter security * Endpoint VPN routers networks * EDR XDR Palo Alto NSE Cisco * ITIL SASE SD WAN LAN VLAN *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0cb94a3700002b008f9e3f\&source\=indeed*
