Experience: 1 year in human resources and personnel management. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Completed bachelor's degree Experience in related roles such as HR Assistant or HR Analyst (for organizations with +300 HC) Experience using human resources management systems. Basic knowledge of IMSS procedures and labor relations. Intermediate Excel proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of IMSS procedures and labor relations. Administrative and personnel management support. Indicator analysis.
