DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis. Collects and analyzes personnel data—such as turnover rates, performance metrics, and employee satisfaction—to identify trends and areas for improvement. HR Program Evaluation. Assesses the effectiveness of recruitment, training, and development programs, providing insights that help optimize these processes. Report Development. Prepares reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings, facilitating data comprehension for decision-makers. Staff Selection Coordination. Oversees and coordinates staff selection programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with organizational objectives. Labor Relations. Acts as an intermediary in interpreting labor policies and regulations, helping resolve conflicts and improve workplace climate. REQUIREMENTS A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is typically recommended. A master’s degree may be beneficial for career advancement. Strong analytical, communication, and HR process management skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of collecting and analyzing data on roles, compensation, and benefits within the organization. Professional experience in the human resources sector is important. The analyst is expected to have hands-on experience using HR management systems and generating reports.
