At Tiendas Neto, we are looking for an analytical and operational Human Resources Administrator who ensures control, data accuracy, and proper execution of key HR processes in a high-volume operation. What will be your impact? Ensure proper personnel administration (HC +300) Guarantee payroll and incident accuracy Generate reliable information for HR decision-making Maintain control and order in critical administrative processes Hiring and termination of personnel What are we looking for? Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field (degree holder) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personnel administration / HR data analysis SAP proficiency (mandatory) Intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, database tracking) Experience managing HC of 300+ employees Organized, analytical profile with strong control orientation Key Responsibilities Management of hiring, terminations, and transfers in the system Control and tracking of incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves) Weekly payroll review and analysis Preparation and management of contracts and personnel files Generation of HR reports (weekly and monthly) Support during internal audits Tracking of employee mobility Support in recruitment processes What do we offer?
