**SEARS is seeking a Head of E-commerce Operations in Ampliación Granada \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Sears Mexico \| E-commerce Operations \& Last Mile** Work Location: CDMX \- POLANCO Modality: On-site **Job Objective** ======================= Lead and optimize e-commerce operations through data analysis, performance indicator monitoring, and identification of operational incidents, ensuring agile and efficient execution across the entire operations chain. This position will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing operational strategies, implementing corrective actions, and continuously tracking critical e-commerce and last-mile processes to improve SLAs, customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. We seek a highly analytical, dynamic, and problem-solving-oriented professional capable of transforming operational information into rapid decisions and concrete improvement actions. **About the Position** ========================= At Sears, we are looking for a **Senior Leader of E-commerce Operations \& Performance**, combining operational vision, analytical capability, and rapid execution to ensure seamless e-commerce operations. The role will involve constant interaction with stores, sellers, courier companies, and other key departments to identify recurring incidents, improve processes, develop data-driven operational strategies, and act in real time to prevent operational disruptions.
