Job Summary: We are seeking a Goods Verifier/Validator to review and validate invoices, verify packed goods, detect discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in quality control and documentary validation of goods. 2. Collaboration with warehouse and logistics departments to correct deviations. 3. Generation of quality control reports and warehouse KPIs. **Competencies:** We are a national wholesale telecommunications distributor with physical presence across Mexico, including Nuevo León. We are currently seeking a **GOODS VERIFIER/VALIDATOR**. **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field; or incomplete bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** 1–2 years in warehouse operations, quality control, documentary validation, or logistics. * Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and shipping manifests. * Verify that packed goods match the order and comply with quality standards. * May support the goods receiving process by cross-checking documents and physical quantities. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in products. * Document findings and generate quality control reports. * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics departments to correct deviations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. * Preparation of warehouse KPI reports. **Knowledge:** * Handling of shipping documents (invoices, manifests, purchase orders). * Warehouse and inventory control processes. * Basic office software tools (Excel, ERP). **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and documentary accuracy. * Organization and discipline in process execution. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Honesty and accountability. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday half-day, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
