Income: Mondays and Tuesdays only. ​ What do we offer? ​Salary: $2,226.28 weekly net + overtime option. ​Food vouchers: $1,000.00 monthly (based on punctuality and attendance). ​Statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, vacation, and year-end bonus. ​Excellent employment scheme: Work 4 days and rest 3 days per week. ​Stability and growth: 3-month probationary contract; upon conversion to permanent status, salary is increased, a 5% Savings Fund is activated, and union benefits apply. ​What do you need for this position? ​Education: Completed junior high school. ​Experience: Prior experience in production or manufacturing is preferred (experience in printing, converting, or flexible packaging is a great plus!). ​Mandatory documentation: Certificate of no criminal record and recent medical certificate. ​Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays) and excellent attitude for physical labor. ​Residence: Must live near the 5 de Febrero / Carrillo Puerto area. ​Important note: In the printing area, strong ink odor is present (non-toxic and not harmful to health); tolerance to the odor is required. ​ Main Responsibilities: ​General support on production lines and material supply to machines. ​Safe loading, unloading, and handling of film rolls and packaging machinery. ​Separation, classification, and identification of materials (BOPP, LDPE, PET, cellophane). ​Visual quality inspection to detect and remove defective materials. ​Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in machinery and the work area.
