Improving animal lives makes life better—join our team today! **Your Role: General Assistant** As a General Assistant, you will be part of the Production team performing general tasks on liquid, powder, or soap production lines. In this role, you will support product manufacturing while ensuring compliance with the Production Plan under Quality (GMP) and Safety guidelines. **Your Responsibilities:** * Assist with weighing and loading raw materials, and perform primary and secondary packaging activities under supervision. * Operate and ensure integrity and cleanliness of basic production equipment, as well as hydraulic and/or electric pallet jacks for pallet movement. * Perform manual product packaging, stacking, and stretch-wrapping tasks, executing and verifying fill-level controls. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and carry out required cleaning activities for manufacturing equipment. * Actively participate in performance dialogues, report unsafe acts/conditions, and ensure proper identification and segregation of waste. **What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** * High school or secondary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in production, food, consumables, or related fields. * Ability to follow instructions, protocols, and procedures to ensure safety and quality. **What Gives You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience operating process line equipment and performing format changeovers. * Forklift operation experience. **Additional Information:** * Location: Ecatepec, State of Mexico, Mexico * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays are reserved exclusively for overtime, if required) * Rotating shifts (flexible availability) Don’t meet all the requirements?
