Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification validating our commitment to well-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are seeking a candidate with experience in Technical Support. **Responsibilities:** Prepare device inventory Align firewall requirements for changes Change DHCP self-billing terminals Change DHCP cash registers Change DHCP scales Change DHCP verifiers Change DHCP other store PCs Change switch management IP addresses Configure DHCP server Configure DHCP general cash register Change DHCP receipt PCs Reconfigure APs Change DHCP biometric devices Reconnect handheld devices Replace control desk PCs and printers TADAUZ displays VOXPOP Change IP address on CFE electricity meter **Requirements** If formal education is not held, equivalent experience in Technical Support will be considered, including knowledge of: * 6 months of experience providing technical support for computing equipment * Windows and Linux operating systems * Basic or intermediate knowledge of networking and IT * Proficiency in graphical or command-line operating systems * Loading operating system images onto computing equipment and AIOs * Hard drive sanitization (Blancco) * Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, Category 6 and above) * Replacing wall plates, jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation * Familiarity with tools used for node testing and cable punching **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification for our talent management practices * Continuous training programs and certifications * Access to learning and professional development platforms * Culture of innovation and collaboration * Physical and emotional wellness programs **Commitment to Equality** At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
