Job Summary: IZZI Telecom is seeking an Installation Technician Supervisor to verify compliance with duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure work quality by applying safety procedures and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with duties and policies by technical staff 2. Ensure implementation of installation processes and work quality 3. Responsibilities: Verify that supervised personnel perform their duties in accordance with operational policies and guidelines. Monitor technicians (attendance, departures, vacations, medical leaves, requests, incidents, etc.). Understand and supervise implementation of Installation and Trouble Call (TC) processes, while validating work quality. Ensure technical staff possess required tools and use full safety equipment. Verify absence of improper practices and address complaints. Supervise compliance with guidelines by external companies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in office software. Knowledge of Installation and/or Trouble Call processes and policies. Basic knowledge of FTTH, HFC, and Fiber Deep architectures, and fundamentals of DOCSIS, DVB-C, VOD, streaming, IP, and Wi-Fi.
