Participation in tenders and commercial contests Cost Engineer (Facilities Services) · Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or pricing. Preferred experience in service companies (Facilities, maintenance, outsourcing, construction, etc.). Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of cost structures and financial analysis. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Analyze cost structures (labor, materials, equipment, overheads). Develop competitive and profitable pricing models. Participate in tenders and commercial contests. Evaluate the financial viability of new contracts. Generate profitability reports and project tracking reports. Collaborate with operational and commercial departments to ensure accuracy in proposals. Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
