General Requirements: MANDATORY availability to work from 9:50 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9:50 am to 6:00 pm. MANDATORY availability to attend a paid training in Polanco lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday through Saturday. Education: High school diploma (minimum). Age: 28 years or older. Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer service and administrative roles within corporate environments, banks, hospitals, clinics, etc., with PROVEN EMPLOYMENT STABILITY. EXCELLENT EXECUTIVE PRESENCE MANDATORY. Mandatory Requirements: Documentation: Tax Status Certificate. Verifiable Experience: Employment references will be checked. Knowledge and Skills: Organization and multitasking: scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and documentation without compromising service quality. Customer service protocols and experience: best practices for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients during their visit. Audiology products and services: basic knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, and fitting processes. (Training provided prior to start) What Will You Do Daily? Attend to patients and visitors: receive, guide, and provide clear information about products and services. Ensure a positive branch experience: oversee that the space is welcoming, resolve questions, and proactively address customer needs. Support hearing aid fittings: assist specialists in preparing devices and explain basic care instructions to patients. · Work Location: Inside Walmart Las Alamedas · What Do We Offer?
